Joliet, IL - Financial Research & Education through Experience would like to thank and recognize an extraordinary USF Alumnus, Mr. DeWitt Buchanan, a Private Wealth Advisor with Ameriprise Financial for his generous donation to the organization. Mr. Buchanan and his firm continue to be a tremendous source of support for FREE and the University of St. Francis.
Shortly before the official charter of FREE in Fall of 2010, Mr. Buchanan was the first alumnus to offer his professional guidance and host the founders of our organization to shadow him for a day. Additionally, Mr. Buchanan has also made numerous appearances on campus and has hosted a session for our students on financial planning in the past.

As a much respected Principal of his Ameriprise Wealth Advisory Practice, he has built a reputation as one of the most trusted advisers in all of Will County. Mr. Buchanan is a role model for all USF Alumni as he continues to lend his energy and resources so that other aspiring students can follow in his footsteps.
