FREE Exclusive: Financial Planning with Lionheart Financial Ltd.

Joliet, IL - On September 7^th, 2011, Financial Research and Education through Experience (FREE) hosted a breakfast for a USF Alumnus, now an associate with Lionheart Financial Ltd., Tylor Radtke. The USF Alumnus was joined by Lionheart Financial’s President, Adam Griffiths. Lionheart Financial Ltd. is a financial planning firm that provides financial and investment advice to clients nationwide. Lionheart specializes in managing their client’s investments, insurance and protecting their assets based on each client’s goals and financial profile.

The morning commenced with an introduction from Adam Griffiths who shared his personal entrepreneurial journey of how he started the Company. He grew up in northern England in a town not far from London. His unique story was followed by a Q&A session from the undergraduates in attendance.

Tylor Radtke then took over the presentation and shared how his experiences at USF helped him succeed in becoming a financial advisor. There were many senior undergraduates in attendance who were able to relate to Tylor’s journey. During the presentation, Tyler dispelled a lot of misconceptions about the world of financial planning and encouraged the undergraduates to seek opportunities in the growing field. To conclude his presentation, Tylor presented students with a flexible 8 week internship program offered by Lionheart Financial.

Financial Research and Education through Experience (FREE) seeks to serve USF students and the local community to develop opportunities for experiential learning that take us beyond the classroom setting. Our mission is to broaden the learning curriculum through extraordinary experiences by engaging each other and interacting more with  faculty, USF alumnus and professionals in the business field.
